For the finance and administration of the hospital Thusis we are looking for immediately or by agreement

Task area

• professional management and further development of the field of accounting and controlling and its working instruments
• Preparation and safeguarding of the timely annual data submission (including hospital statistics, ITAR K, SpiGes), to authorities (including health directorate, BFS) and third parties (including Hplus, SwissDRG)
• Responsibility for cost centre and cost carrier accounting as well as operational accounting according to REKOLE as well as implementation and support of REKOLE (re)certifications
• Support for final theses and the preparation of the associated reporting
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports for different stakeholders
• Active participation in interdisciplinary, foundation-wide working groups and projects
• Option of the deputy CFO function in the future

Requirement profile

• completed studies (FH or university) or equivalent education and training in business administration, finance or controlling
• Several years of in-depth experience in controlling and in the independent management of a cost accounting according to REKOLE in a hospital or an organization in the health care sector – we require this for the position
• In-depth knowledge in the production of industry-specific statistics
• Experience in the preparation and interpretation of business analysis, key figures and management reporting
• loyal and integrity personality that is reliable and brings initiative
• High personal responsibility and comprehensive IT user knowledge (especially Excel) as well as a strong analytical thinking ability
• resilient, responsible and service-oriented personality with a reliable, exact and independent work method
