The Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at an altitude of 1'856m in the Grisons Mountains, in the city of Frankfurt, in the city of Frankfurt. Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the Food & Beverage sector (Grand Restaurant, Da Vittorio - St.

Moritz, Fondue Gondeln, Carlton Bar / Bel Floor and terrace, room service as well as shopping and events

• Menu design, cash register and system management as well as goods management
• Planning and implementation of exclusive events, banquets and events
• Leadership, motivation and continuous development of employees according to LQA, Forbes, FHR and internal QM standards
• Continuous analysis, optimization and further development of the R&B concepts
• Creation and evaluation of various statistics (including returns, monthly reporting, annual reporting)
• Acquisition of duty Manager services

Requirements

• Admission by appointment
• Completed vocational training with further training in the area of food and beverage
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or comparable position in the 4or 5 hotel industry
• Flowing German and English skills are a prerequisite, any further language, such as Italian are beneficial
• Expressed service thinking, high quality awareness and attention to detail
• Well-kept appearance, professional manners and friendly appearance
• Empathic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
