- Follow and accompany our clients throughout their entire training journey
- Develop training programs and monitor workouts and goal achievement
- Preferably: Experience as a Fitness Instructor
- Completed basic or advanced training: Fitness Instructor certification with valid BLS/AED
Main responsibilities
- Follow and accompany our clients throughout their entire training journey
- Develop training programs and monitor workouts and goal achievement
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the gym
- Conduct introductory training sessions and sell memberships
- Handle various administrative tasks, draft contracts, and actively acquire new clients Requirements
- Preferably: Experience as a Fitness Instructor
- Completed basic or advanced training: Fitness Instructor certification with valid BLS/AED
- You have excellent commercial skills and high competence in service and consulting
- You are a motivated and responsible person, capable of inspiring our clients
- You are flexible and enjoy working evenings, weekends, and public holidays You like working in a team You have a valid work permit German (good knowledge) What we offer Central location Mobile phone subscription Migros Bank Employee offers Informal atmosphere
Key requirements

Application process
- Pre-selection of applications: We review applications progressively, compile a pre-selection, and submit it to the manager.
- Waiting time for response: up to three weeks
- Specialist interview: Relevant specific knowledge for performing the job is examined by the manager and/or another specialist and possibly the team.
- If possible, there is also time to get to know the job and team in an informal conversation.
- Job offer and contract setup: Once our offer has been verbally made, we review the most important contractual points again.
- After reaching an agreement, we instruct to draft the contract and send it by post.
