Your responsibilities with the new employer:

• Responsibility for overall financial planning including budgeting and liquidity management with focus on sustainable stability and economic goal achievement
• Precise and standard-compliant preparation of financial statements taking into account recognised guidelines, in particular within the framework of Swiss GAAP FER
• In-depth evaluations and transparent reports provide the management with reliable decision-making basis for strategic corporate management
• As a leading contact person in finance, you motivate a small team with two accounting employees and learners and actively promote their further development and personal responsibility.

You offer your new employer:

• A well-founded commercial basic education or business studies form a strong basis - even people with many years of practical experience in a similar function are welcome

• Further education in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling or leadership (e.g. professional certificate, CAS or comparable degrees) support your long-term development in this role

• Practical proven knowledge in modern ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, BI tools and common reporting standards

• Analytical thinking, personal responsibility and an eye for the whole are just as much a part of your profile as fluent knowledge of English and a sovereign appearance in the team as well as towards leaders
