Tasks

• You lead around four employees professionally and personally
• You ensure high customer satisfaction
• You bear the budget and earnings responsibility according to defined annual target
• You support your employees stepwise and ensure their expertise and the young people
• You achieve the defined provider and service quota goals in your responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed a professional training in retail trade with further training in sales and/or business management
• You have several years of management experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• Customer and solution-oriented attitude with high-quality negotiation skills is for you of course
• You have very good team and communication skills
• You are a flexible, committed and resilient personality and have a goal-oriented and connected mindset
