- Cost and budget control as well as KPI monitoring Creation of reporting and analysis Ensuring standardized service delivery Control and optimization of service levels
- Support in the implementation and de-implementation of mandates
- Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships Support in the acquisition of new mandates
- Compliance with internal guidelines and implementation of Safety tours
- Leadership and development of your employees
- Technical assistance and support in maintenance and repair
