Your development roadmap with us Year 1: Laying the Foundation & Becoming a Power User

• Operational responsibility: You independently manage the operational accounting, monthly and annual accounts according to OR, tax returns and VAT statements of your assigned mandates.
• Systems & Digitalization: You dive deep into our processes, accompany the introduction of the new accounting solution and develop into a valued power user.
• Get to know: You get to know the Somedia Group, the interfaces and the team from the ground up.

From year 2: The jump into leadership & strategy

• Team management: You take over the technical, human and strategic leadership of the accounting team and report directly to the CFO.
• Strategy 2030 & AI: You actively shape the transformation – from the integration of artificial intelligence in financial processes to the representation of the team in cross-divisional and cross-group projects.
• Participation in strategic financial topics: You support the company management in strategic decisions (M&A, participations) and manage special topics (e.g. BAKOM concessions accounts, SUISA, contract management).

What you bring

• Foundation: Eidg. Financial and accounting (or currently in training) as well as several years of practice in accounting and graduation according to OR.
• Leadership will: First leadership experience is a plus – but for us the decisive factor is your pronounced leadership potential and the desire to take responsibility for people and processes.
• Digital Mindset: Strong affinity for modern IT tools, desire for process optimization and the ambition to make AI solutions usable in accounting.
• Maker qualities: You work independently, think solution-oriented and communicate clearly, directly and at eye level.
