• Ensuring product safety and quality throughout the process
• Support and further development of digital quality systems and the QM manual
• Organisation and implementation of internal and external audits
• Responsibility for handling customer complaints
• Training of employees in the field of quality and food safety
• With an option for further development as deputy head of quality management requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in food sciences, nutritional sciences or equivalent education
• First experience or enthusiasm for quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of Swiss food legislation, standards and label requirements is advantageous
• Selected and safe expression in German as well as direct communication that inspires
• Independent, structured working methods as well as high quality and responsibility
