Your main tasks

• Case management, diagnostic clarification, individual therapy planning and psychotherapeutic treatment of inpatients in self-responsibility resp. Under the supervision of a cadre person
• Supervision and professional management of psychological individual therapists in diagnostic, therapeutic and administrative matters
• Participation in interdisciplinary team reports, case meetings, internal training and supervision groups
• Participation in the psychological care service (approximately every 6-8 weeks)
• Management of patient/internal groups

Your profile

• Completed psychotherapy training
• Several years of clinical experience (including pikett services/emergency management) in various psychotherapeutic areas, in particular burnout/exhaustion depression, anxiety, addiction and trauma
• Extensive safety in the assessment of mental disorders and broad therapeutic instruments, also in the accompaniment of processes of personal maturation and rehabilitation
• Enjoyment of psychotherapeutic work in an interdisciplinary team
• High levels of empathy, resilience and teamwork
