For our People & Culture Team in Chur we are looking for a specialist Personnel Development & Culture (100%) as of 1 September 2026 or by appointment. You are part of our seven-member People & Culture team and actively shape our cultural transformation. In doing so, you develop effective learning and further education formats, organize cultural events and accompany employees in their development. You do that for us.

• Information with effect: You design and create e-learnings, guides and explanatory videos for employees and leaders.
• Make culture tangible: You plan, organize and accompany our people & culture events from preparation to follow-up, including welcome day, squad day and service anniversary event.
• Create orientation: You will design and moderate the annual cultural onboarding workshop for learners and practical trainers with a focus on values, attitude, role understanding and collaboration.
• Support development: You advise and support employees on development and further education issues.
• Keep employers up-to-date: You maintain a career website, job platforms and benefit information and ensure that our content is correct, up-to-date and appealing.

You bring that to me.

• Education with substance: You bring first or several years of experience in learning & development, adult education, personnel development, communication or a comparable environment. What is important is your joy in bringing people forward.
• A sense for good learning content: You know how to prepare presentations, training materials and digital learning content didactically and visually so that they really arrive. You work with us with Articulate 360, Affinity Publisher and AI-enabled tools.
• Independent, but not on your own: You organize events and projects in a structured and reliable way from A to Z with support from the P&C team and the event team.
• Safety in front of groups: You feel comfortable in front of groups and bring your first experience in moderating workshops, training courses or events.
• AI as a work tool: You use digital and AI-supported tools safely and responsibly.
