After completing the paid 15-month training, the job takes you along the most beautiful railway lines in Switzerland. Your everyday work is also full of perspectives with attractive working conditions for all life situations. Night and weekend work are additionally compensated - for example, with 16 francs per hour for Sunday work. During night shifts, you also have time supplements between 10 and 30 percent. This means you have more free time than employees without night and weekend shifts.
