For the OVAVERVA Hallenbad, Spa & Sports Centre we are looking for from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027:

Their tasks

• Professional advice and proactive sales of services and products
• Care and contact person of our day guests and members at the reception
• Check-in and check-out via access system, as well as debt collection and cash statements
• Rental linen distribution services
• Professional responses to emails and telephone calls
• Reception of mail, deliveries, etc. and forwarding and mail output
• Performing minor cleaning work
• Appointment coordination and planning of the therapists in the spa

We expect

• Completed training in sales/detail trade or tourism
• Very good PC knowledge
• High commitment and willingness to learn
• Order, cleanliness and hygiene are important to you
• Efficient, independent work and the necessary degree of calm in hectic phases
• Stylistic, friendly appearance and teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German in writing and oral, good knowledge of Italian and English
• Willingness to work irregularly (in the evening, on weekends and public holidays)
