• Design possibilities and further development of processes in quality management
• Active participation in internal and external audits
• Monitoring of key performance indicator reports in the quality management system
• Co-responsibility for the management of internal training
• Close cooperation with other teams and various interfaces
• Support of the departmental management, as well as taking on various tasks of the departmental management in their absence
