Main responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate all session dates and take over their preparation and follow-up, including minutes.
- In resident management, you maintain our waiting list and take over the contract preparation when residents enter.
- You are responsible for the maintenance and management of factually relevant resident data.
- You support the management maintenance and support in applicant management as well as in the maintenance and processing of process management documents.
- The evaluation of key figures as well as the creation and processing of presentations are also part of your task area.
- In addition, you supervise and update our SharePoint pages and work in defined projects.
- Depending on suitability and interest, further challenging tasks can be undertaken. Requirements
