- Check and correct product data in the warehouse management system based on the physical item
- Reading out return reasons from customer comments and recognizing patterns in them
- Close exchange with internal teams so that nothing gets stuck in day-to-day business Requirements
- 1-3 years: Experience in the return or guarantee process
- Broad interest in consumer electronics – you can see at a glance what is missing
- Safely on the road in ERP systems and processes, plus good IT user knowledge
