Main responsibilities
- Friendly reception and professional care of patients and visitors
- Receiving and forwarding incoming telephone calls via the telephone exchange
- Accompanying patients Ensuring a smooth patient entry and exit process
- Execution of general administrative activities such as postal processing and other organisational tasks in the reception area Requirements
- Completed basic training as a hotel specialist EFZ or as a business assistant / EFZ professional experience at the reception or in a comparable service-oriented function, ideally in the upscale hotel industry High service orientation as well as a friendly, respectful and professional appearance as well as excellent communication skills
- Careful appearance and professional manners
- Strong empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives

- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills in French, Italian and English are beneficial
