• You assume overall responsibility for all technical trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) on our construction projects.
• You guide and support the specialist construction managers as well as the project managers of the individual trades.
• You participate in internal and external project meetings
• You ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and costs and always keep an overview.
• During 2-3 days a week you are present directly on site in the Engadin, coordinate the trades, make decisions and are available as a competent contact person.
• 1-2 days per week you work in the home office or at one of our modern locations in German-speaking Switzerland.
• If you are not working on the Engadin construction site, you will work on further technical projects in the planning of your competence (e.g. as a heating, ventilation, sanitary or electrical planner)
• you work closely with other departments of the A+W Group You bring that with you
• Training in building technology (HLKSE) with further education at higher technical school such as FH, TS or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the management and coordination of construction projects, especially in the field of HVACs
• Leadership experience and enforcement
• Strength of organisation and communication as well as own initiative
• Reliable personality with purposeful work
• Enthusiasm for building technology
• You like to work in a team also across locations
• Enjoyment of demanding work
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and CAD
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English and/or Italian knowledge of advantage
• Willingness to travel with a focus on Engadin
