What you do with us

As Director of Food & Beverage, you are a member of our Executive Committee and carry the strategic, operational and personnel responsibility for the entire F&B area.

• Together with your management team, you are responsible for up to eleven F&B outlets and the associated support departments.

• They continuously develop the F&B strategy, implement trend-setting concepts and ensure efficient processes and smooth interface management.

• Comprehensive budget and earnings responsibility – including revenue development, cost control and sustainable increase in profitability – is in your hands.

• As a driving force, you further develop our service and quality standards and ensure their consistent implementation in all outlets.

• You lead and develop F&B executives and their teams, are responsible for personnel planning and recruiting and promote a performance-oriented leadership culture.

• Despite your comprehensive management responsibility, you are present as a host personality and take care of our guests and their concerns with pleasure.

• You ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements and promote close, solution-oriented cooperation with all departments of the hotel.

This requires you to bring with you

Several years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage or Executive Assistant Manager F&B in the international luxury hotel industry.

• Experience in leading and developing large, international teams and leaders.

• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong operational competence.

• Funded knowledge in budgeting, result management, cost optimization and resource planning.

• When dealing with an international luxury audience, you perform confidently and host-oriented.

• A decision-making, self-responsible and solution-oriented working method.

• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic skills and innovation.

• Very good knowledge of German and English; Other languages are beneficial.
