YOUR PROFILE Training as a hotel specialist or experience in a comparable position Professional experience in 5* houses and housekeeping area desired Fluent English skills are a prerequisite, every other language is advantageous Team-ready, responsible and flexible Careful appearance and professional manners Empathetic and discreet personality and service-oriented appearance Physical resilience and flexibility

ITS TASKS Cleanliness control throughout the hotel area (guest and back of house, spa and outdoor area) Deputy Executive Housekeeping Manager in case of absence Conducting training and training Assistance in the creation of the roster Participation in morning and cadre meetings in the absence of the Executive Housekeeping Manager Checking and preparing guest rooms Custodial services Control of the Lost & Found Ordering of cleaning products and articles including delivery note and invoice control Monthly inventory and warehouse management Taking over manager-on-duty services Maintaining a safe, clean and friendly environment for all guests
