For our oncological outpatient we are looking for a committed, professionally experienced and responsible personality as soon as possible or by agreement.

Your tasks

In this versatile function, you look after and accompany patients with a tumor disease and their relatives professionally and empathetically in the oncological ambulatorium. The support is provided in close cooperation with the oncological specialists of the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden.

You support those affected in coping with disease- and therapy-related changes and thus make an important contribution to high-quality oncological care in the region.

Your responsibilities include in particular

• professional implementation of the medical diagnostic and therapeutic measures ordered by the treating doctors
• Nursing care, advice and support of oncological patients and their relatives in the outpatient setting
• Ensuring specialist support in the oncological ambulatory
• Cooperation in quality assurance and care development in the oncology department
• Ensuring efficient, coordinated and patient-oriented workflows
• close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, specialists of the KSGR and other professional groups
• Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements

Your profile

• You have a diploma as a nurse HF or FH as well as a specialist training in oncological care, for example HöFa I, NDS, DAS or an equivalent further education.
• Ideally, you will bring experience in the outpatient care of oncological patients and enjoy working independently, responsibly and in a structured manner. A high level of perceptual and observation skills, organizational skills and openness to change characterize you.
• Discretion, confidentiality and compliance with professional secrecy are a matter of course for you.
