- kompetente Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten der Disziplinen Medizin, Chirurgie, ORL, Urologie, Orthopädie
- Betreuung als Tagesbezugsperson unserer Auszubildenden (HF, FAGE)
- Abschluss in Pflege HF/FH oder entsprechendes Diplom mit SRK-Anerkennung
- belastbare, flexible, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
Main responsibilities
- kompetente Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten der Disziplinen Medizin, Chirurgie, ORL, Urologie, Orthopädie
- Betreuung als Tagesbezugsperson unserer Auszubildenden (HF, FAGE)
- interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
Key requirements
- Abschluss in Pflege HF/FH oder entsprechendes Diplom mit SRK-Anerkennung
- belastbare, flexible, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sowie Arbeitsbereitschaft in allen Schichten
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- wertschätzende Grundhaltung gegenüber Patientinnen und Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden Pensum: 40-100%
