• Initial estimate (triage) and prioritized care of emergency patients according to urgency
• Implementation of acute medical measures – from resuscitation to hemostasis to first medical care
• Monitoring and stabilisation of critical patients in close coordination with the medical team
• Support for complex emergency interventions and application of state-of-the-art medical emergency technologies
• Coordination with emergency services and ensuring a smooth flow of patients in the emergency room
• Communication with patients and relatives in crisis situations – professional, empathetic and targeted
• Documentation of all measures as well as active participation in process optimization and quality assurance

Your profile – competence, nerve strength and professionalism

• Completed training as a Dipl. Expert / Expert for Emergency Care NDS
• Experience in emergency department, intensive care unit or preclinical emergency care is beneficial
• Sovereign handling of high-pressure situations and complex emergency scenarios
• In-depth knowledge in emergency medicine, traumatology and acute care
• Ability to act analytically and precisely even under time pressure
• Teamwork and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with emergency services, doctors and professionals
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
