Company and context
- Experience with corporate office structures and matrix organizations
- Trouble-free handling of different interest groups
- German as a mother tongue and good knowledge of English (I, F of advantage) |
- Maintenance of content and images of all eCommerce and sales platforms to optimize the online presence
- Operational support of reservation departments regarding interface functionalities or rate parity
- Supportive and independent implementation of projects, such as website developments, online shop optimization or system renewals
- Hotel support and monitoring tasks for all relevant guest feedback platforms
- Creation of statistics, analyses and revenue monitoring based on key performance indicators
- Supporting the sales department in the annual partner contract preparation and filling out affiliation RFPs of all hotels
- Support of the Digital & Revenue Development Director in ongoing work and deputy duties | Clear visions and lived values.
