- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support our CRM & Digital Platforms Manager in maintaining, optimizing, and bringing the Kulm Group’s digital ecosystem to life for our guests at the highest level.Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Website & Platform Management: Maintain and update our websites (front-end & CMS), manage content such as packages and events, support SEO hygiene, and ensure a seamless user journey – from inspiration to the booking engine.

Main responsibilities
- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support our CRM & Digital Platforms Manager in maintaining, optimizing, and bringing the Kulm Group’s digital ecosystem to life for our guests at the highest level.Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Website & Platform Management: Maintain and update our websites (front-end & CMS), manage content such as packages and events, support SEO hygiene, and ensure a seamless user journey – from inspiration to the booking engine.
- Online Listings & Reputation: Manage our presence on OTAs, partner platforms, and directories, keep all information consistent, and professionally oversee reputation management on portals such as TrustYou, TripAdvisor, and Google.
- Digital Asset Management: Actively manage our Bynder system, organize and tag visual assets, and coordinate photoshoots from preparation to final asset handover.
- Reporting & Performance: Support the consolidation and preparation of data for monthly performance reports.
- Team Coordination: Provide administrative support to the Brand and Commercial team, prepare meetings, and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows. This is you
- Education: Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor) with a focus on marketing, digital media, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Initial practical experience in digital marketing, website management, or online platform administration; basic knowledge of CMS systems (and ideally HTML) is an advantage.
- Working Style: A structured, precise, and reliable hands-on mentality with an exceptional eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
