State-of-the-art robotic therapy for musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation, surrounded by beautiful parkland. The first gerontotraumatological rehabilitation department in Switzerland. The environment at the Dussnang rehabilitation clinic also benefits the approximately 330 employees. Our kitchen cooks for patients: inside, employees and guests in the restaurant Tannzapfe: regional products, modern menus, a dynamic team with a lot of personal responsibility, roster four weeks in advance and allowances for weekend and holiday services. For the professional care of our diet and special food we are looking for you.
You can look forward to this
- You bear the professional responsibility for the diet and special food of our patients: from planning to implementation.
- You are the interface to nutritional advice and care for individual diets, allergies and intolerances.
- You work as a full member of the kitchen team at all posts, including à la carte restaurant and smaller events.
- You ensure HACCP and allergen management in the diet area and develop the processes.
- You help shape the training of our apprentice chef/chef EFZ and pass on your knowledge to learners and caregivers.
