• Organisation, coordination and support of training courses and events such as trial afternoons, certifications and internal events
• Assistance in recruiting trainees and in development talks
• Support for budget issues and active participation in process optimization

• You are in bachelor or master studies, ideally in business administration, work and organizational psychology or a related degree program
• You enjoy administrative tasks, think along and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
