The Chur Land Registry, which is responsible for the management of the land registers of the city of Chur and the municipality of Arosa, is looking for a
Land Registry Deputy and Person handling/in Land Register Their tasks Depending on your employment profile, you will fulfill interesting and varied tasks in the following areas of activity:
- Land register management
- Advice and support of customers
- Issuing of land register extracts and other certificates
- Writing and auditing of contracts. Land and land register applications
- Public registration of land register transactions and authentications
- Introduction of the Swiss Land Registry
Your profile
- Commercial education, preferably in the field of land register or notary
- For employment as Land Registry Manager Stv.: Certificate of Competence for Land Registration (cantonal patent) or Master’s degree in Law (advantage with professional experience in Land Registry/Notarial System)
