We are looking for a person in the catering sector to start immediately or after agreement in a yearly position.

Tasks

Main tasks

• Daily preparation/production of menus and special catering (diets)
• Participation in all catering operations
• Assistance and responsibility in implementing projects in the catering sector
• Participation and responsibility in activities, banquets, and events

Requirements

Required profile

• Chef with federal qualification (CH, Chef EFZ) or equivalent diploma
• Teamwork (working in a great team even when things get stressful)
• Assume responsibility towards our clients
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of using PC and software programs in the catering sector
• Regular shifts on weekends and holidays are expected in a 7-day operation
• Applicants with diet training/experience in similar institutions will be preferred
