Organization and technology - both are yours? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our team at the St. Moritz site, we are looking for a service coordinator with technical understanding.

Tasks

• Acceptance, coordination and scheduling of service orders in building technology (HLKS) as well as ensuring timely and efficient order processing
• Professional advice and customer support
• Preparation and follow-up of offers and ensuring timely procurement of materials
• Responsible for the correct and timely billing of services
• Planning and organization of work preparation including provision of all necessary materials, tools and documentation

Requirements

• Completed basic training in building technology
• Experience as a technical clerk or in an administrative activity of advantage
• Strong customer orientation, IT skills and communication skills
• High degree of independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Valid ticket, impeccable reputation and very good knowledge of German and Italian
