Your main tasks

• You coordinate and organize daily practice processes and ensure a smooth everyday practice.
• You actively shape practical processes and contribute to their continuous optimization
• You plan and coordinate office hours, appointments and resources
• You support and advise our patients competently and empathetically
• You take over the performance recording, billing and control of insurance services
• You are the contact person for insurance companies, hospitals, laboratories and other external partners and ensure professional cooperation
• You guide and maintain the electronic patient records carefully and reliably
• You support quality management and ensure compliance with hygiene and practice standards

You bring that with you

• Completed training as medical practice assistant EFZ (MPA)
• Further training as Medical Practice Coordinator (MPK) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of coordinative tasks
• Safe and friendly appearance
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Safe handling of commonplace

• Exact, forward-looking and independent working methods and flexibility
