- Networking with cantonal and national bodies and commissions of organic farming
- Further tasks in the project Klimaneutrale Landwirtschaft Graubünden as well as in the climate strategy of Plantahof Requirements
- Agronomist (Bachelor or Master); or equivalent education
- Additional qualification as a teacher and counsellor (minor education and counselling)
- Joy and knowledge in the field of organic farming and climate Experience in counselling and training
