What to expect

• Passionate commitment to customers and AXA
• Solution-oriented and personal all-round advice (physical or digital) for insurance customers
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Brokerage of other AXA products (financial and pensions, health services)
• Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing internal AXA processes)

What you bring to the table

• Completed apprenticeship and professional experience in the service sector or, ideally, in the insurance industry
• Professionals and career changers with a corresponding track record are welcome
• Anchoring in the region is imperative
• Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high level of customer and service orientation
• High independence and flexibility
• Stylistically confident written and spoken German, other languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
