In this position, you are responsible for Group-wide consent and preference management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. - You develop, take responsibility for and maintain the Swiss Post Consent framework and ensure its sustainable development.
- In addition, you define the necessary standards, responsibilities and processes as well as suitable types of consent for different business activities.
- In close cooperation with Legal, Data Protection, Product, Marketing and IT, you ensure that consents are legally collected, documented and implemented uniformly across business units.
- You define the technical requirements for our consent management platforms and ensure their appropriate further development.
- National and international data protection requirements are monitored on an ongoing basis, assess their impact on existing processes and initiate adjustments if necessary.
- You will support audits and risk analyses and develop appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
- As a central contact person for consensus topics, you advise departments, drive projects forward in the implementation of the specifications, develop meaningful key figures for consensus management, recognize potential for optimization and implement targeted improvement measures.
- You have a higher education or further education (university, university of applied sciences) in law, information security, IT, data management or a related field.
- Your many years of experience in data protection, compliance or consent management roles will enable you to successfully enter this role.
