What you achieve with us

• As a Night Concierge, you are the central contact person for our guests during the night and are competent and discreet at your side for all questions, concerns and wishes.

• With expertise, commitment and a pronounced sense of service, you look after and advise our guests during the night hours and provide personal and professional care.

• Internal and external guest wishes are professionally organized and reliably implemented by you.

• Through individual recommendations on restaurants, activities, transfers and other offers, you create an exceptional guest experience even during the night.

• Reservations in-house and with external partners coordinate efficiently and service-oriented.

• They ensure that our guests experience an excellent and personalized service during their stay.

• In close cooperation with the Night Team and all relevant departments, you ensure a smooth process and a professional handover to the day team.

• The Loge division is your responsibility, as is the leadership and motivation of employees such as Voituriers, Doormen, Bellmen and Drivers.

• You take feedback and concerns professionally and ensure timely and sustainable solutions – always in the sense of highest guest satisfaction.

• Through your proactive communication, discretion and attentiveness, you contribute decisively to a pleasant and safe atmosphere during the night.

You with

• A completed training as a hotel manager or at a hotel management school forms the basis of your professional career.

• Several years of experience as a concierge, ideally as a night concierge in the luxury hotel industry, ensures your safe and professional appearance in guest contact.

• You inspire with excellent communication skills, a sovereign and professional appearance as well as a pronounced customer orientation.

• Very good language skills in German, English and Italian – oral and written – are a matter of course for you; Any other language is beneficial.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all processes at the reception and in the guest service distinguish you.

• With good computer user knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience with Protel, you work efficiently and structured.

• Flexibility and willingness for regular night work as well as a high resilience characterize you.

• With a winning appearance and secure communication you convince both on the phone and in a personal conversation.

• Discretion towards guests and loyalty to the company are a matter of course for you.

• Organizational talent, service orientation and a strong sense of situations and people make you a warm host and experienced service provider.

• Temporary season point from the end of November 2026 to the end of March 2027

• 5 days week on average at 43.5 hours

• 5 weeks holidays and 6 holidays per year
