- Mise en place: You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the patisserie for HP guests, à la carte service, banquets, and occasionally the staff canteen.
- Daily creation of desserts: Using 80% fresh products, you create delicious pralines, friandises, cakes, and sweet pastries for breakfast.
- You are also responsible for our external operations.
- Creative dessert creations: Bring in your ideas and develop innovative and appealing dessert creations that delight our guests.
- Guest orientation: Respond to the special requests of our guests and fulfill them with the highest precision and friendliness.
