- You will play a key role in organizational resilience, crisis management, and the implementation of Hitachi Energy's global and regional security strategies.
- Reporting to the Head of Regional Security, you will manage complex projects with limited supervision, coach lower-level professionals, and contribute to critical business decisions through expert security insights.
- How you'll make an impact Analyze emerging domestic and international security threats and provide timely assessments and advisories.
- Deliver competent security support across the country\/cluster, ensuring alignment with regional security standards and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance through audits, inspections, and monitoring of evolving security legislation.
- Provide expert security risk management advice to support key business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and behavioural change through global and regional security initiatives.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to strengthen security awareness and performance.
- Lead or support security-related projects, managing objectives, resources, and reporting.
- Coordinate organizational resilience, emergency response, and country-level crisis management.
