You will join a team of experienced clinician pharmacists engaged in developing pharmaceutical services, continuously improving and strengthening the continuity of care between the hospital and the ambulance.
Development of pharmaceutical services: in collaboration with the clinical services team, to help develop pharmaceutical services in support of continuity of care between the hospital and the ambulance (pharmaceutical ambulance, drug reconciliation, tools for the continuity of drug treatments, information exchange platform, etc.)
Continuous improvement and quality: participating in the continuous improvement of the sector, in the evaluation of pharmaceutical services, in the monitoring of quality indicators and in the implementation of improvement measures Profile sought
