For our Power Retreat Giardino Mountain in Champfèr-St. Moritz we are looking for a Chef de Rang from mid-December 2026 for the coming winter season 2026/2027 at the Giardino Mountain, and for the following summer season 2027 at the Giardino in Ascona.

About the job

In this role you are responsible for smooth service in our à la carte restaurant. You work independently from taking the order through to payment and look after and advise our guests at the highest level. Handling complaints in a guest-oriented way is also part of your remit.

About you

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist
• Experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
• Independence, reliability and a sense of duty
• Resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
• A respectful way of dealing with colleagues and superiors
• Good German and English skills
• Italian and/or French skills are an advantage
