The freestyle center of LAAX. | Imagine you are responsible for the entire kitchen area in the Riders – from breakfast to lobby food to the restaurant. You ensure smooth processes, consistent quality and develop the food concept together with the Hospitality Lead. With good organization, training and clear delegation, you can lead your team independently and flexibly through everyday operations. What You Move:
- You are responsible for the kitchen in the Riders – breakfast, lobby food and restaurant.
- You will continue to develop menus, event offers and the Riders Food concept.
- You ensure high quality in recipes, presentation, hygiene and food safety.
- You lead, plan and develop the kitchen team and ensure an independent operation.
- You control purchasing, goods, warehouse, food cost and food waste efficiently.
- You coordinate closely with Service, Hospitality Lead and Kitchen Support. What makes you:
