• Ambience & table culture: Guarantee precise table settings, pristine glassware, and refined presentation prior to each service.
• Menu development: Contribute valuable feedback during menu presentations and tasting sessions to continuously refine our offer. | This is you:
• Education & foundation: Completed training in hospitality or equivalent practical experience within luxury gastronomy.
• Luxury standards: Proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment, with a solid working knowledge of LQA standards highly preferred.
• Passion for service: A refined eye for detail, basic beverage knowledge, and a genuine passion for fine dining culture.
• Resilience: A composure that shines during peak dinner services, paired with flexibility to work shifts.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English or German
• Italian is a Plus.
