Start on 1 December 2026 as station manager: in nursing visceral surgery 90 - 100%

Our 28-bed ward with a focus on visceral surgery is looking for a strong-leading personality who accompanies their team with heart, clarity and expertise and actively shapes the further development of care.

These are your tasks

• You lead, motivate and develop your team with clarity, appreciation and commitment and create an open feedback and communication culture
• You are responsible for the organization of the station – from service planning and personnel deployment to economic management
• You support your team in challenging nursing situations and are active in direct care

You bring that with you

• A diploma in nursing tertiary level as well as several years of professional experience in acute care surgery
• Ideally, leadership experience and further education are advantageous
• Strong communication and reflectivity as well as resilience, independence and high self-efficacy
