Where more than 3,600 employees work together, different worlds also meet on a daily basis: medical and non-medical areas, management and employees as well as strategic goals and operational reality. As Head of HRM, you give this diversity a direction and, together with your team of around forty people, shape the cooperation at the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden.

You are present, at eye level and know how to transfer different interests into a common HR orientation. At the same time, you want to actively shape strategically and operationally and be really close to the people? Perfect, then we look forward to your application until 14. October 2026!

These are your tasks

• You drive the further development of HR strategy, processes, structures and instruments and provide impetus for a modern, service-oriented HRM
• You will lead the HRM department professionally and in terms of personnel, develop it together with the department managers, assume responsibility and at the same time give orientation
• You focus on employer attractiveness, securing skilled workers, personnel development and culture
• You actively contribute the HR perspective to the company’s development, accompany change processes and are a sparring partner: for managers at all levels

You bring that with you

• Experience in leadership, ideally in a complex HRM environment, preferably in healthcare
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of the relationships between people, organization, efficiency and service mandate
• A clear, binding and addressable communication - you convince in dialogue, actively listen and understand how to bring different interests together
• A sovereign and solution-oriented approach, even in demanding situations, a high level of social competence and knowledge of the relevant labour law and human resources framework conditions in Switzerland
