1. You spend 80% of your time on the sales floor in the Store

Your department is your territory. Whether you spend time with your team, ensure that the merchandising standards are in place, or directly delight our customers. You don't sit on the bench. Strategy is important, but we're looking for a hands-on personality for the sales floor.

What a Team Leader does here

Your mission is simple: The success of your department – both in terms of people and business.

• Store Life: You coordinate the flow of goods, lend a hand, and, as “Captain,” are regularly the point of contact for the entire store.
• People Management: You hold monthly coaching conversations (INDI), create staff schedules, and seek out the best talent for your team.
• Strategy: You analyze your metrics and plan the next big thing. Which sports will we push next season? How do we further develop your team's skills?
• Business Ownership: P&L and KPI analyses are not dry theory for you, but your daily tools. You run your department like your own company and make bold decisions for greater profitability.
