As a shift manager: in Cleaning, you and your team ensure that our customers travel on clean trains. You conduct the layer, clean with it and ensure the cleaning quality. You coordinate the human resources as needed and ordered services and are the contact person for your team and for communication with the stakeholders. You see irregular working hours and shift work as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others work. Night and weekend work is also paid for, for example, an hourly wage supplement of 16 francs for Sunday work. For night assignments, you get time surcharges of 10 to 30%, which allows you more free time. Motivated and willing to actively invest in your professional development, you will complete the internal cleaning training for shift managers with certification.
