The hospital Oberengadin AG, a company of the KSGR Group, is responsible for the medical emergency and basic care of the population and guests in Samedan with the largest hospital in South Bundens. With the successful start of the hospital Oberengadin AG in April 2026 the basis for a future-oriented further development was created. For the next stage we are looking for an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and economic management of the hospital Oberengadin AG
• Implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors
• Further development of the hospital within the KSGR Group as well as maintenance and expansion of the cooperation with Klinik Gut and the KSGR
• Ensure high-quality, patient-oriented and economic health care
• Management, promotion and further development of the management and a modern, esteeming management culture
• Representation of the hospital Oberengadin AG

vis-à-vis municipalities, authorities, politicians, network partners and the public

Your profile

• You may already be running a company as a member of a management board, responsible for finance, operations, HR, or a healthcare business.
• It is not only your previous function that is crucial for us, but your personality, your entrepreneurial thinking, your ability to inspire people, shape changes successfully and take responsibility, and your openness to examine and implement different options for future development of the hospital together with the Board of Directors.
• Higher education or training in management, health care, business administration or similar fields of expertise
• Multi-annual management experience, ideally in healthcare
• Well-founded business skills, entrepreneurial thinking and experience in strategic organizational development and transformation
• Modern, value-worthy management understanding with a strong quality and patient orientation
• Identification with a regionally anchored healthcare and motivation, this in a unique tourism region forward-looking
