- Within the "Management / Case Management" section of the Cantonal Office of Disability Insurance:
- Independently instruct and manage disability insurance benefit requests from adult insured persons over 25 years old, from case opening to decision, ensuring the quality of instruction, compliance with deadlines and the application of the legal framework, guidelines and procedures in force
- Comprehensively analyse the situations of insured persons (medical, professional, social and personal) and identify resources, obstacles and levers in relation to work capacity and reintegration possibilities
- Ensure case management of the file according to a case management approach, developing, coordinating and adapting an individualized action plan aimed at maintaining employment or professional reintegration
- Implement and coordinate appropriate, simple and targeted early intervention measures in collaboration with insured persons and relevant partners
- Ensure the role of primary contact person with insured persons and coordinate exchanges with employers, doctors, internal and external partners in order to promote effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Draft decision proposals and decisions related to disability insurance benefits and handle any objections in collaboration with the relevant services
