- Analysis and collection of payment requirements, especially for business customers, taking into account technical and functional specifications
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements in the processing of payment messages (e.g. pain.001, camt.053, MT101, etc)
- Complete or ongoing training in the fields of business or computer science (e.g. business economist:in HF, business informant:in HF)
- Found experience in payment transactions, ideally in terms of payment and cash management software as well as their technical implementation on the customer side
Main responsibilities
- Analysis and collection of payment requirements, especially for business customers, taking into account technical and functional specifications
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements in the processing of payment messages (e.g. pain.001, camt.053, MT101, etc)
- Support in the implementation and optimization of payment solutions via channels such as e-banking, business banking and SWIFT for corporates
- Implementation of market and competition analyses to identify trends and innovations
- Point of contact in the last instance for support requests from the operating operation (Focus customer bank notifications)
Key requirements
- Complete or ongoing training in the fields of business or computer science (e.g. business economist:in HF, business informant:in HF)
- Found experience in payment transactions, ideally in terms of payment and cash management software as well as their technical implementation on the customer side
- Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant payment standards, in particular customer bank notifications (e.g. pain.001, MT940, camt.053, etc.) and regulatory requirements
- Technical expertise in interface management and development (e.g. APIs, EBICS; SWIFTnet)
- Embossed communication and team skills, solution-oriented working and experience in stakeholder management
