- lead, promote and develop the employees in your area (two teams social service and health service
- with a total of 13 people) and support them in their daily tasks
- provide psychosocial counselling and preventive social work for admitted persons
- Ensure high-quality basic support in the sense of professional case management
- coordinate education in the prison system (BiSt) as well as pastoral care.
- Member of the institution’s management and provide six to eight financially remunerated piketting services on weekends every year Requirements
- a university degree preferably in social work with several years of professional and managerial experience
- Ideally, knowledge in the prison or forensic field
- High social skills, empathy and flexibility
