• You support our customers in the digitalization of their financial processes and payment solutions and always focus on customer benefit
• You will analyze the individual needs of our customers and offer tailor-made advice, regardless of the systems used such as PMS or ERP
• You accompany our customers onboarding our digital channels – from modern portal solutions to interfaces such as EBICS or bLink
• You will empower our customer advisors through targeted training for the digital world and be available as a contact person for complex digital questions
• You bring valuable feedback from practice and support the further development of our digital solutions |
• Completed further training in business administration or banking subject with experience in customer consulting
• Familiarity with terms such as EBICS, APIs, PMS systems and multibanking
• Knowledge of accounting (finance, debtors, creditors) is a plus
