Main responsibilities
- Collaborando con diversi settori specialistici contribuisci a garantire un servizio affidabile per la clientela della Ferrovia retica, oggi e in futuro. Cosa puoi fare
- Qualitätssicherung: Zeitgerechte Zuteilung, Einplanung und Abarbeitung sowie Reporting von Qualitätsmeldungen.
- Priorisierung der Qualitätsmeldung in Absprache mit dem Betrieb.
- Erstellung und Koordination der Aufträge inkl. der Materialdisposition auf der
- Grundlage der Jahresplanung und den Anforderungen der rollenden Planung bis 4 Monate für die Anhänge- und Güterwagen.
- Verfolgt Aufträge in der Werkstätte und steuert die Feinplanung mit den Teamleitern.
- Koordiniert Aufträge mit den Auftragsleitenden und der Planung.
- Terminiert Folgeaufträge gemäss aktueller Planung neu, verschiebt diese im System und informiert bei kurzfristigen Änderungen die involvierten Stellen.
- Nachkalkulationen und Soll-Ist-Analyse, inkl.
- Massnahmen aus Diskrepanzen.
